运用文献资料法、数理统计法和录像观察法等研究方法,对第11—12届世界健美操锦标赛各个项目前8名成套动作中平衡与柔韧难度动作的选用情况进行统计与分析,旨在找出世界竞技健美操平衡与柔韧类难度动作在成套动作中选用的特点与趋势,为提高我国竞技健美操成套动作的创编提供参考依据。

In this paper, using the research methods of literature, mathematical statistics and video observation, statistics and analysis of the choice of eleventh - the 12 World Aerobics Championship before each project 8 complete sets of movements in the balance and flexibility of difficult movements, characteristics and tendency of aerobics to find balance and flexibility in the selection of the difficulty of complete set of movements in the competitive world, provides the reference for the creation of improving our competitive aerobics.
