丹红注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病加重期血液流变学和血气指标的影响

Effects of Danhong injection on hemorheology and blood gas index in patients with exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale

目的探讨丹红注射液对慢性肺源性心脏病加重期血液流变学和血气指标的影响。方法将120例慢性肺源性心脏病加重期患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。两组均给予吸氧、强心利尿、祛痰、抗感染、支气管扩张剂以及纠正水电解质紊乱等常规综合治疗,研究组在此基础上加用丹红注射液,每天1次,疗程为14 d。观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学和血气指标变化情况。结果治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、D-二聚体(D-D)、全血黏度值、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、血细胞比容(HCT)和二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)和动脉血氧饱和度(Sa O2)水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液可有效改善慢性肺源性心脏病加重期的血液流变学异常,降低炎症反应,恢复通气功能,缓解血液高凝状态,促进机体血液循环,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of Danhong injection on hemorheology and blood gas index in patients with exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale. Methods A total of 120 patients with exacerbation of chronic eor pulmonale were randomly divided into re- search group and control group. The patients in both groups were treated by routine comprehensive treatment such as oxygen inhalation, cardiac diuretic, eliminating phlegm, anti-inflammation, bronchedilator and correcting electrolyte imbalance and so on. At the same time, the patients in research group were additionally given Danhong injection once a day for 14 d. The hemorheology and blood gas index were determined before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, hepatocyte growth factor,D-di- mer, plasma viscosity, erythro-agglutation index, haematocrit and PaCO2 were significantly decreased in both groups（P 〈 0.05 ）, and they were lower in research group than in control group（P 〈0.05）. The concentrations of PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly increased in both groups after treatment（P 〈 0.05）, and they were higher in research group than in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Danhong in- jection can effectively improve the hemorheology of patients with exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale, reduce the inflammation, recover the ventilation function, alleviate the high blood coagulation state and promote blood circulation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
