摘要
洋沙泡反调节水库是引嫩入白供水工程的重要水资源配置节点工程,水库属于宽浅式水库,存在水质和冬季冰冻等影响供水安全的问题。文中通过对洋沙泡反调节水库的优化设计,确定了水库的死水位、正常高蓄水位,并初步确定了工程的调度运行方式,通过优化洋沙泡水库的规模以实现总体工程规模的优化,从而节约了工程投资,为引嫩入白总体工程的优化设计和供水安全提供了科学的决策依据,也为区域水资源配置和邻近地区的类似工程设计提供了借鉴。
The Yangshapao counter reservoir is an important water resources allocation node project for the water supply project from Nenjiang river to Baicheng city. Being the wide and shallow reservoir, the project has some problems affecting the water supply safety, such as the water quality and frost zone in winter. By the optimization design of Yangshapao counter reservoir, the paper determines the dead water level and the normal water level of the reservoir, and preliminarily determines the scheduling operation mode of the project. The optimization of the Yangshapao reservoir scale could realize the total scale optimization of the water supply project and save the construction investment, which would provide the scientific decision basis for the optimization design and water supply safety of the the water diversion project from Nenjiang river to Baicheng city and provide the reference for the regional water resource allocation and the similar projects in nearby area.
