摘要
3根DN3600 PCCP管同槽安装及4根DN3200 PCCP管同槽安装在供水工程中实用较少,本文从施工布置、施工机械选择、施工工艺等多方面阐述安装方法、注意事项以及特殊地段的处理办法,并对管道接头打压试验及静水压试验做了详细的探析。
The installation of three DN3600 PCCP pipes in same groove or four DN3200 PCCP pipes in same groove are rarely used in water supply project. The paper describes the installation method, matters needing attention and treatment methods for special areas from the respects of the construction arrangement, construction machinery selection and construction technology. The pressure test for the pipe connections and hydrostatic pressure test are discussed in detail.
