蒙古国某铅锌矿石铜铅分离试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 蒙古国某铅锌矿石除含铅、锌外,还含有银、金和少量的铜等伴生有价金属,其中原矿中铜含量为0.2%。为降低铅精矿中铜含量,产出合格铜精矿,综合提高矿石中铜铅利用价值,对铜铅混浮及铜铅分离工艺进行了小型试验研究。研究结果表明,采用铜铅混浮—抑铅浮铜—混浮尾矿选锌流程可以较好地实现铜铅分离,闭路试验获得的铅精矿品位62.46%,含铜0.78%,铅回收率96.37%,铜精矿品位27.62%,含铅5.65%,铜回收率66.58%,为综合回收某铅锌矿中伴生低品位铜提供了技术依据。 Besides Pb and Zn, other valuable elements such as Ag, Au and Cu also exist in a Mongolia Pb-Zn ore, the content of Cu being about 0.2%. In order to increase the comprehensive value of the ore, decrease the content of Cu in the lead concentrate and produce salable copper concentrate, a laboratory test study was carried out on bulk flotation and copper-lead separation. Under the condition that the existing process of separation of Pb and Zn should not be changed, the study was focus on bulk flotation of Cu-Pb, followed by separation of copper from lead. The locked-cycle test obtained a lead concentrate containing 62.46% Pb and 0. 78% Cu with a Pb-recovery of 96. 37% , and a copper concentrate containing 27.62% Cu, 5.65% Pb with a Cu-recovery of 66.58%. This study could provide technical reference for other similar lead-zinc ores.
