摘要
通过对云南省西部4所普通高校的体育教师生存现状进行调查分析,发现体育教师的基本情况、社会地位及经济情况、身心情况、专业发展需求、学历情况等都存在不尽如人意的问题.云南省西部高校体育教师物质生活待遇欠佳、工作环境设施滞后、社会地位缺乏认同、体育学科地处边缘是产生这一问题的主要原因,需要社会各界及政府部门的极大关注.
The research on PE teachers' survival present situation is based on four western Yunnan colleges, Baoshan University, Dehong Teachers' Cllege, Lincang Teachers' College, and Lijiang Teachers' College. The findings show that their basic situation, social status, financial situation, physical and mental situation, professional developmental needs, and degree are not satisfactory. The reasons might be: poor treatment of PE teachers' material life, facility lag in working environment, lack of social status identity and marginalization of PE course. The concerns should be aroused by all sectors of society and governmental departments.
