生活在魏晋易代之际的阮籍,面对血雨腥风的时势,他选择了委曲求全的生存方式。但他又以常人难以理解的沉湎酒中、狂悖言行、穷途恸哭等方式对抗社会,把自己从世界中孤立出来,把自己的灵魂隔阻在欢愉之外。他的孤独与痛苦一方面来自于当时的险恶时局,一方面还来自于"暂聚者终散,暂灵者归虚"的哲学体认。孤苦与痛苦凝聚成阮籍八十二首《咏怀诗》旨趣遥深、长歌当哭的独特艺术风格。

Living in the turn from Wei Dynasty to Jin Dynasty ,in the face of bloody times,Ruan Ji chose to survive by stooping to compromise. But his manner of confronting society is hard to understand because he isolated himself from the world. His loneliness stemmed from the dangerous situation on the one hand, but also from the uncertainty of life on the other hand, which made him deeply indulged in great loneliness. The reality and his spiritual world interwoven with loneliness, and together with the unique life experience, are all condensed into Ruan Ji＇s 82 lyric poems profoundly,demonstrating his deep and unique artistic style of sorrow.
