成都经济区高职教育协作现状及对策研究

Research on Present Situation and Countermeasure of Higher Vocational Education's Cooperation in Chengdu Economic Area

高职教育协作创新发展是成都经济区区域合作的重要内容,是实施国家教育改革的战略举措,是实现经济区可持续发展的迫切需要,也是提升四川高等教育实力的必然要求,是多点多极支撑、跨越发展战略的强力保障。经济区内高职教育协作已经有较快发展,但也存在协作层次不高、政策支撑缺位、院校暗自博弈等问题。当创新协作体制机制、创建协作体系平台,强化协作力度深度,切实消解问题弊端,才能推动促进成都经济区高职教育的协同创新与经济社会的科学发展。

The cooperation of higher vocational education is an important regional cooperative content of Chengdu Economic Area. It is strategic initiatives of the implementation in the national education reform. It is the inevitable requirement to realize the sustainable development of Economic Zone. It is the urgent need to enhance the strength of Higher Education in Sichuan. It is also the strong protection of Multi-point and multi-pole support in leaping development strategy. The cooperation of Higher Vocational Education has developed rapidly, but there are also many problems,such as low coordination level, the lack of policy support, and college secretly game etc. Innovating collaboration mechanism, creating a collaborative system platform and enforcing the cooperation depth can eliminate the drawbacks, and promote collaborative innovation of Chengdu economic area＇s higher Vocational Education,and scientific development of economy society.
