Local government is the principal part in running Vocational Colleges in underdeveloped regions and cities. The resources of the school are mainly derived from the local government,serving local social and economic development is the core task of the higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas. Higher vocational colleges must seize and study the characteristics of local social and economic transformation, adjust the idea of running school, and take the responsibility of local personnel training.
