摘要
非洲矿产资源丰富,近年来,中国企业在非洲投资建矿的步伐从未停止。由于中国与非洲各国之间存在文化差异、法律、规范差异,因此在非洲进行金属矿山投资将比国内的难度更大。文章分析了在非洲的矿业投资开发过程不应忽视的风险,同时剖析了中国企业在非洲投资开发的优势,并提出了一些降低在非洲投资的风险、提高企业竞争力的对策。
