摘要
为保证梯级水电站安全、稳定、高效运行,充分利用水资源,需要对梯级水电站进行联合优化调度。根据梯级水电站蓄能最大原则,全方位考虑梯级水电站运行的约束条件,通过逐步搜索算法,对梯级水电站面临时段的运行进行优化计算,并根据优化结果制定梯级水电站优化调度规则。梯级水电站蓄能最大原则在短期能使梯级水电站蓄能最大,长期能使梯级水电站群发电量达到最大,根据梯级水电站蓄能最大原则制定的梯级水电站,短期调度规则能够使梯级水电站取得效益最大化。
Joint optimization scheduling of cascade hydropower stations plays a pivotal role in making sure that cascade hydropower stations work in a safe, stable and effective way, and make full use of water resources. On the basis of the maximum energy storage principle of cascade hydropower stations and the consideration of all their operating constraints, optimization calculation is expected to be made to work out the operating period of cascade hydropower stations, by means of progressive search algorithm. The result of the optimization calculation can offer some implications for the operation rule-making of cascade hydropower plants. The maximum energy storage principle of cascade hydropower stations can contribute to the maximum energy storage for cascade hydropower stations in the short term as well as the maximum generating power in the long run. The fore-mentioned short-term operation rules based on the maximum energy storage principle can maximize the economic benefits.
