The property management industry has gradually entered the "people-oriented, the owners first" era. If property management companies want to develop better and provide more quality services, property services personnel must learn some knowledge of psychology. Application of psychology in the property management services can help property management service personnel to enhance the management level and ability of self management from many aspects, then to help them effectively deal with the relationship between enterprises and the owners of property management services, enterprises and employees, employees and staff etc. Application of psychology in the property management services can help the company to regulate personnel’emotion and to control proprietor's psychological needs.
