近几年我国应用心理学发展空前繁荣,社会各界对心理学的认识和需求直线上升,随之而来的是应用于各领域的心理测量需求的急剧增加。在这种形势面前心理测验量表被高频率使用,暴露出诸如量表的选择、量表的施测、测量结果的评价等问题,就易出现问题及防范对策进行探讨。

In recent years the development of applied psychology is flourishing in our country;different social sectors’ understanding and demand to psychology has soared, which is followed by sharp increase of the demand of application to every field of psychological measurement. In this situation scale of metal test are most frequently used, and some problems are exposed, such as the selection of the scale, the test of the scale and the evaluation the result etc.. The problems easy to occur and the countermeasures are discussed.
