摘要
对硅藻土改性填料进行了初步探讨,探究了以硅藻土、碳酸钙为主要原料合成改性硅藻土填料,利用硅藻土自身具有的功能特性拓展其在造纸领域的应用,为开发新型特种纸提高技术支撑。同时对硅藻土复合填料在浆中填加条件进行了研究,如硅藻土复合填料添加量、反应复合温度、p H等。通过实验发现当硅藻土复合填料浆中添加量为35%,温度为20℃、最佳p H为7.5时,纸张的抗张指数、撕裂度指数分别提高0.28倍和0.14倍。
This paper has carried on the preliminary discussion of diatomite modified filler,this paper study the diatomite,calcium carbonate as the main raw material to synthesize modified diatomite. Using diatomaceous itself has the features to expand its application in the field of papermaking. It will improve technical support for the development of new special paper. At the same time that diatomite composite fillers add to pulp was studied under the condition. such as diatomite composite filler compound adding quantity,reaction temperature,p H etc. Experiments showed that,as the diatomite composite adding amount was 35%,the temperature is 20 ℃,the best p H is 7. 5,the paper tensile index,tear strength,porosity,and whiteness and other physical properties are improved. Achieved the purpose of effectively improve the quality of paper. The strength index and tear strength of the treated paper reaches 0. 28 times,0. 14 times of the original base paper.
