摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉手术的方法及疗效。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月期间收治的鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者96例,随机分为两组各48例,治疗组采用鼻内镜下治疗,对照组采用传统手术治疗。结果治疗组治愈率56.3%,有效率35.4%,无效率8.3%,总有效率91.7%;对照组治愈率35.4%,有效率39.6%,无效率25%,总有效率75%,治疗组效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉具有显著的临床疗效,且安全系数较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on sinusitis and nasal polyps .Methods 96 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from January ,2013 to December ,2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .48 cases in the observation group underwent nasal endoscopic surgery ,while other 48 cases in the control group got tradi-tional surgical treatment .Results In the observation group ,56 .3% were cured ,35 .4% got improved ,8 . 3% were ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 91 .7% .In the control group ,35 .4% were cured ,39 . 6% got improved ,25% were ineffective ,and the total effective rate was 75% .There existed statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0 .05） .Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective in treating patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps .
