护理干预对眼科低视力患者跌倒的影响

EFFECTS OF USING NURSING INTERVENTION FOR PATIENTS WITH THE FALL OF LOW VISION

目的探讨护理干预对低视力患者跌倒的影响。方法选择低视力患者272例,随机分为对照组和干预组各136例。对照组采用常规预防跌倒的模式,干预组实施护理干预,重点做好心理护理、改善住院环境、安全宣教、个体监护、技能训练等,对两组患者跌倒情况进行比较。结果干预组患者发生跌倒率明显低于对照组。结论结合低视力患者的特点实施有效地护理干预,有效预防和减少了低视力患者跌倒。

Objective To investigate the influence of the methods and effect of nursing intervention ？on accidental falls in patients with low vision tumble .Methods Divided272 patients with low vision .into con-trol group （40 cases） and intervention group（40 cases） randomly ,traditional nursing cares were used in the control group ,while the nursing intervention was used in the intervention group ,the key points of nursing in-tervention were psychological nursing ,improving the hospitalization environment ,advertising and？educating about safety ,individual care and skill training ., than compare the situation about tumbling between the two groups .Results Has lower fall rate in the inter-vention group were better than those of in the control group .Conclusion properly using nursing interven-tion according to the characteristic of low vision patients ,to carry out effective nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the fall rate of low vision patient effectively .these measures effectively reduced the in-cidence of accidental falls among patients with low vision .
