摘要
将木质素与聚酯多元醇共混,制备了木质素共混改性聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究了不同催化剂下木质素的含量对聚氨酯胶粘剂室温和高温剪切强度的影响,并采用TG对木质素改性聚氨酯胶粘剂的热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,采用二月桂酸二丁基锡和三亚乙基二胺的混合催化剂,木质素改性聚氨酯胶粘剂的室温剪切强度最高可达到19.13 MPa,聚氨酯胶粘剂中引入木质素可以明显提高其高温剪切强度;木质素共混改性聚氨酯胶粘剂的热分解分为2个阶段,木质素的加入使得改性聚氨酯胶粘剂第1阶段最大分解温度有所提高,热分解剩余物有所增加。
The lignin-modified polyurethane adhesives were prepared by using the blends of polyester polyols and lignin. The effect of lignin content on room temperature and high temperature shear strength of the modified polyurethane adhesives obtained with different catalysts was studied, and their thermostability was analyzed by TGA. The results showed that the maximum room temperature shear strength of the lignin modified polyurethane adhesives obtained with mixed catalyst of dibutyltin dilaurate and triethylenediamine can reach 19.13 MPa, and the high temperature shear strength of the adhesives can be improved significantly by adding lignin;the thermal decomposition of modified adhesives was appeared to be two stages, the maximum decomposition temperature in first stage and the thermal decomposition residue of modified adhesives increased due to the addition of lignin.
