摘要
本文通过职位分析发现当前不足及其原因,认为职位分析内容包括职位基本属性、职位工作内容和职位胜任特征模型三部分,并对其分析方法进行讨论。针对胜任特征模型研究中的难点,本文提出基于案例推理的构建方法,有助于加深对职位分析重要性的认识,为公选制度的推广应用提供借鉴和参考。
This paper discusses the current shortage of job analysis and its reason firstly,and then considers that the content of job analysis should include three parts:job basic attributes,job duties and job competency model.The methods of job analysis are discussed,and a model based on case-based reasoning is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to deepen understanding of the importance of job analysis,and to provide references for the application of opening selection system.
