摘要
基于光纤光栅传感技术的优良特性,提出了一种通过应用光纤光栅传感器测量管道环向应变来探测管道腐蚀的新方法,该方法采用了一种新型的FBG应变传感器,与传统的FBG传感器相比具有测量整个环向应变、延长传感器使用寿命、与管道外壁贴合紧密、无需破坏管道、可重复使用等优点。介绍了基于新型FBG应变传感器的监测管道腐蚀的原理,将FBG应变传感器分别安装在PVC管道和钢管道上进行了验证性的试验,并用SAP2000进行模型的数值模拟分析。结果表明FBG应变传感器可以准确地监测到管道环向应变的变化,对由于不同腐蚀程度引起的环向应变非常敏感,FBG应变传感器在管道腐蚀监测领域有着广阔的应用前景。
A new pipeline corrosion detection method using new type FBG sensor to detect pipeline hoop strain is presented, which can detect whole hoop strains, prolong service time of sensor, connect closely with pipeline external wall and has reusability compared with traditional FBG sensor. This paper introduces the pipeline corrosion detection principle based on the new type FBG sensor, the verification tests are conducted by installing the sensors on PVC pipeline and steel pipeline respectively, and numerical simulation analysis is performed by applying SAP2000 software. The results demonstrate that the FBG strain sensor has good performance in the hoop strain measurement, it is sensitive to the variation of the hoop strain in the condition of different corrosion degree. With outstanding quality, it is considered to be a promising device in pipeline corrosion monitoring.
