摘要
页岩气开采压裂作业规模大,对储液罐的需求量大,由于传统的钢制储液罐不可折叠,只能一车一罐运输,且在井场占地面积大,因此为减少储液罐占地面积,降低成本,研制了一种压裂作业用可折叠软体储液罐。文章介绍了可折叠软体储液罐的工作原理及结构、ANSYS模拟设计计算、先导试验及经济性分析等。现场应用表明,该罐可满足压裂作业的储液需要,可大幅度减少占地面积,降低运输及施工费用,且可在油气田废液临时储存、应急抢险、环保治理、安全生产方面发挥作用。
Fracturing operation in shale gas development is a kind of large-scale work and needs many liquid storage tanks. Traditional steel storage tank is not foldable, so one truck can transport one tank only and the tank covers a big area in field, which causes high transportation cost. In order to solve the problems, a foldable soft storage tank is developed. The structure, working principle, ANSYS simulation, pilot test and economic analysis of the foldable soft storage tank are introduced in this paper. Field application shows that the tank can meet the needs for fracturing liquid storage and greatly reduce transport and construction costs, and save the covered area. At the same time the tanks can play a role in waste liquid temporary storage, emergency rescue, environmental management and safe production, etc.in oil and gas fields.
