摘要
在气井开发过程中,随着地层产能的下降,气体携液能力变差,严重影响了含水气井的有效开发。文章提出采用一种新型的安装在单井井口的同步回转一体化排水增压装置,对油管进行抽吸,降低井口油压,增大油管与地层、套管的压差,通过套气喷发,带出大量积液,达到增产目的。苏里格气田的现场试验表明:该技术可大幅度提高气体流速,打破井下原液位平衡,气体携液能力大大增强,大幅度增加气井产气量和延长稳产时间。
In the development process of natural gas, the ability of gas carrying liquid decreases with the gas productivity reduction from strata, which severely affects the development efficiency of gas wells containing water. This paper adopts a new type of synchronously rotary multi-phase pump installed in the single-well wellhead to pump up natural gas to the surface. The purap can reduce the oil pressure of wellhead, increase the pressure between oil pipe and stratum, also the pressure between oil pipe and casing. Along with the eruption of natural gas, a large amount of liquid flows out. In this way, the production of natural gas increases. The test in Sulige Gas Field shows that this technique can greatly improve the gas flow velocity, break the original balance of underground liquid level, increase the ability of gas carrying liquid and the gas production, and prolong the stable production time of the gas well.
