普光气田集气总站段塞流捕集装置研究与设计 被引量:5

摘要 普光气田集气总站在批处理作业时存在大量段塞流,给净化厂的生产带来较大的影响,在集气总站合理选择和增设一套段塞流捕集装置,可确保集气总站和净化厂的安全运行。文章用OLGA软件模拟计算了管段正常生产和批处理工况下的段塞流量,在此基础上,结合集气总站目前的布局,合理选择与应用了段塞流捕集装置,较好地解决了工程问题。 There is a large amount of slug flow in batch operation at Gas Gathering General Station in Puguang Gas Field, which affects normal operation of the Purification Plant. To solve this problem, a set of slug catcher should be selected and installed at Gas Gathering General Station. The slug flow rates in a pipeline section under normal production and batch operation are calculated respectively by using OLGA software. Based on the calculation results and the layout of Gas Gathering General Station at present, a set of slug catcher is rationally selected, installed and applied, and the slug flow problem is better solved.
