砂卵砾石层连续墙法竖井施工缺陷防治技术

摘要 在地质结构为砂卵砾石层与岩石层的穿越江河隧道的竖井施工中,多采用连续墙结构,因地层情况复杂,经常出现连续墙成槽困难、槽壁坍塌、接头夹渣和墙体接头劈叉等重大施工缺陷,因此应采取措施加以防治。文章结合工程实际,分析了连续墙施工缺陷产生的原因,并提出了相应的防治措施,最后介绍了措施实施的良好效果等。 Diaphragm wall structure is commonly applied in shaft construction of tunnel crossing river in sand and gravel or rock formations. Because of complex stratum conditions, the serious defects are often occurred, such as difficult trench formation, trench wall collapse, slag entrapment in joints, or split in wall joint. So corresponding measures must be taken to prevent and treat these defects. This paper, in combination with practical project, analyzes the causes of defects in diaphragm wall construction, provides countermeasures and illustrates the perfect effect of implementing the measures.
