摘要
以3.3 Mt/a渣油加氢装置中的一台螺纹锁紧环式换热器为例,分析了该类换热器的特点及运行时产生泄漏的原因。为防止换热器发生泄漏,应采取下述措施:工艺操作上开工升温、升压要缓慢;生产中要尽量减小换热器温度、压力的波动;为排除泄漏需要上紧螺栓时,应均匀、分次、小量上紧;非正常停工后再次开工时,要重点检查换热器的泄漏情况。
Taking a thread-locking ring heat exchanger in 3.3 Mt/a residue hydrogenation unit as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics and of leakage during operation. In order to prevent the leakage of the heat exchanger, some measures must be taken as following:to raise the temperature and pressure slowly in the process of startup, minimize the fluctuation of temperature and pressure during operation, tighten the bolts evenly little by little to remove leakage, focus on checking the leakage status for a heat exchanger during startup after abnormal shutdown.
