FANG Zhi-min's Six Moves to Carry on the Mass Line

方志敏领导创建了赣东北革命根据地和中国工农红军第十军,并使赣东北革命根据地成为第二次国内革命战争时期中共领导的主要革命根据地之一,在经济、政权和军事建设上都取得突出成绩,成为其它根据地学习的榜样。究其原因,是他创造性地采取了六大举措,充分发挥了党员先锋模范作用,又在尊重群众主人翁地位的基础上,有效调动群众的革命激情,深入践行了党的群众路线。

Though he once lost contact with the Party Central Committee ,FANG Zhi-min built the revolutionary base of Gandongbei and the 10th Red Army ,and made the base one of the main revolutionary bases led by the CCP during the second civil war of Chi-na .The base became an example to other bases because of its ground-breaking achievements in economical ,political and military construction .The reasons for this are as follows ：FANG Zhi-min creatively introduced six moves to give full play to the Party mem-bers’ pioneering and exemplary role ;on the base of respecting the masses’ master status ,he effectively aroused the masses’ revolu-tionary passion and thoroughly carried on the Party ’s mass line .
