摘要
公共管理人才的培养方式决定了其教学模式必须要重视案例教学,案例教学是提升公共管理教学效果的重要手段。公共管理案例的选择并不是随心所欲的,它需要遵循一定的标准。目前我国的公共管理教学实践中存在着诸多问题和挑战,只有从老师、学生和案例三个方面着手,加强公共管理案例教师的培训、激发学生的参与热情、强化案例的编写和搜集,才能从根本上提升公共管理案例教学的效果。
The training method of public administration personnel has dictated that its teaching mode should attach importance to case teaching ,for case teaching is an important means to improve the teaching effect of public administration .The cases of public admin-istration are not chosen at random .Actually its choice has to follow some certain standards .At present ,there are many problems and challenges in China’s teaching of public administration .Thus ,it’s necessary to begin with such aspects as teachers ,students and cases ,to improve the training of the teachers of case teaching of public administration ,to generate students’ participation ,and to intensify the collecting and compiling of cases ,so as to fundamentally improve the case teaching effect of public administration .
