HER-2在胃腺癌中的表达及临床病理意义

Expressions of Her-2 in gastric carcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance

目的:探讨胃腺癌组织中HER-2的表达及HER-2与胃癌各个临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析接受免疫组化学法检测的239例胃癌患者的胃腺癌组织中关于HER-2表达的临床资料,并选择215例胃正常者HER-2表达的临床资料进行对比,对胃腺癌组织中HER-2的表达及HER-2与胃癌各个临床病理特征之间的关系进行探讨。结果:胃正常者胃组织中未见HER-2表达,胃癌组织中HER-2的阳性表达率为10.5%(25/239),两者相比差异明显(P<0.05);胃癌患者HER-2表达与年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、静脉侵犯、TNM分期均无明显关系(P>0.05);而与肿瘤部位、分化程度、Lauren分型关系明显(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:胃腺癌组织中HER-2的表达与肿瘤部位、分化程度、Lauren分型相关,HER-2的表达对胃腺癌的发生、转移及早期发现具有重要意义。

Objective： To explore the relationship between the expression of HER-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma and HER-2in gastric cancer,and the clinical pathological characteristics. Methods： Retrospective analysis of the clinical information from September. 2012 to February,2014. The clinical information about the expression of HER-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 239 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital,and the clinical data of 215 cases of gastric normal expression of HER-2 were compared,to explore the relationship between HER-2 gastric carcinoma and HER-2 and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer in all. Results： There was no expression of HER-2 in gastric normal gastric tissues,the positive expression of HER-2 in gastric cancer was 10. 5%（ 25 /239）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,HER-2 in patients with gastric carcinoma; expression and age,gender,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,venous invasion,TNM stage were not significant（ P 〉0. 05）; and tumor location,differentiation degree,Lauren typing were with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The expression and location of tumor,HER-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue differentiation,Lauren typing are the factors to judge the biological behavior of gastric cancer and provide a strong basis for targeted therapy.
