摘要
针对电气、自动化专业学生运动控制课程群的工程应用性强的突出特点,提出一种适用于本科电力电子实验教学的低成本车载逆变电源系统,主电路采用两级式级联拓扑结构,经过推挽升压电路后再进行全桥逆变,大大降低了系统硬件电路的体积及噪声污染。在此基础上,进一步拓展试验内容,将该电源系统引入单相交流电机运动控制综合训练任务,在丰富实验内容的同时,有效提升了学生的专业综合素质和创新能力。
Project-based experimental teaching plays an important role in cultivating the abilities of practical and creative ability for science students. The task before us is how to setup effective experimental facilities and arrange rational integrated trainings, in the field of electrical engineering education, a project of automotive inverter power supply designed for undergraduate power electronics and drives group course is presented. Two-stage converter with push-pull booster and full-bridge inverter is included in the main circuit topology, it contributes to the reduction of hardware size and noise pollution. Based on this project, the power system can be expanded to the integrated training task of single- phase AC motor control, The basic concept and hands-on experience of the electrical drive can be gained by students, and hence, their independent innovation and practical skills are also improved.
