摘要
为推进医学研究生创新教育,推动创新型医药专业人才的培养,论文结合2009~2012年西安交通大学医学院医学研究生教学实验中心开展自主创新实验的实践经验,分析了创新型医药专业人才培养中存在的问题,介绍了自主创新实验的实施效果并进行了案例分析,探讨了自主创新实验的运作方式及评价体系。结果表明,自主创新实验的开展为研究生科学素养的提高、创新思维的培养、创新潜能的发掘、创新人格的形成以及学术生态环境的营造奠定了基础,为创新人才的成长和研究生社会服务能力的提高提供了有利条件。
Based on practice of independent innovative experiments in Center of Teaching Experiment for Postgraduates in Medicine at Xi^an Jiaotong University, problems of training of innovative medical talents were analyzed. Executive mode and evaluation system of independent innovative experiments were also discussed. And then, with a case study, effects and significance of independent innovative experiment on training of innovative medical talents were investigated in details. These results indicated that independent innovative experiments laid the foundation for improvement of scientific literacy, training of innovative thinking and capacity, formation of innovative personality and creation of academic atmosphere. Meanwhile, independent innovative experiments benefited the growth of innovative talents and improvement of their ability of public service. It was also referential for reformation of practice teaching in postgraduates and training of innovative medical talents.
