面向“卓越计划”学生工程实践素质培养体系

Research on Training System of Students' Engineering Practical Ability for “Excellence Program”

为了落实国家关于工程教育改革和卓越计划的相关精神,通过研究卓越计划的教育改革背景及其人才培养标准体系,结合成都学院作为城市型综合大学的定位,明确了成都学院机械专业卓越计划的人才培养目标及其标准。按照卓越计划的人才培养标准,通过创新校企深度融合的"交互"式人才培养模式,改革课程体系,优化教学督导体系,强化实践教学质量监控,推进学生工程技能认证,整合校内外实践条件,构建学生课外科技活动平台,对成都学院机械专业学生工程实践素质培养体系进行探索,并取得了较好的成效,为应用型卓越机械工程师的实践能力和工程创新能力的培养积累了经验。

In order to implement the spirit of the engineering education reform and ＂ Excellence Training Program＂ , the training ohjectives and standards of the Mechanical Major in Chengdu University were investigated by positioning the Cheng（h, university as a city-oriented university, and studying the background of ＂ Excellence Training Program＂ and its talent training standard system. The engineering quality training system of Mechanical Major in Chengdn University had been explored by building schools and enterprises ＂ interaction＂ type of training model, reforming the curriculum system, optimizing tile teaching supervision system, promoting the certification of engineering skills and buihting the platform of extracurricular science and technology. The system achieved good results and accumulated experience for Iraining the engineering and innovalinn ability of application excellence mechanical engineers.
