The Construction of Training Teaching System for Economics and Management Majors Based on Scenario Simulation

情景模拟教学法作为一种全新的实验教学方法,对解决经管类专业以往实验教学中存在的实验场景实感性不足、实验内容系统性不强等问题具有重要的应用价值。论文采用情景模拟教学法,以汽车制造企业的管理及其业务活动为模拟对象,从教学平台构建、教学内容规划、教学过程设计、学生成绩评定四个方面创建了经管类专业的情景模拟实训教学体系。该实训教学体系对学生深入理解管理理论和提升管理能力具有良好的应用前景。

As a new experiment teaching method, scenario simulation teaching can solve effectively many problems existed in experiment teaching for economics and management majors, such as poor reality of experimental scene, weak systematicness of simulation contents. According to the connotation of scenario simulation teaching, we select management and business activities of the auto-manufacturing enterprise as the object of simulation The scenario simulation training teaching system has been constructed from four aspects： establishing the teaching platform, planning the simulation contents, designing the experiment processes, and evaluating the students＇ grades. And there is a good application prospect for this teaching system to help students understanding management theories deeply and improving their capabilities of management.
