摘要
实验室是师生从事创新实践活动的重要场所,也是反映高校教学水平和科研实力的重要标志。高水平的实验室不仅仅是要有先进的硬件设备,更要有高水平的实验队伍。通过高校实验队伍现状的调研和存在问题的分析,提出了加强实验队伍建设的对策,结合学校实际构建了制度保障、团队建设、激励约束、培养培训"四位一体"的实验队伍建设机制,规范了实验队伍的管理,提高了实验队伍的综合素质,调动了实验人员工作的积极性,促进了实验队伍的可持续发展。
The laboratory is an important place of innovative activity and practice for teachers and students, but also an important mark of reflecting teaching and scientific research level in universities. The laboratory with high level is not only have advanced equipment, but also have the laboratory team with high level. Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of laboratory team in universities, the paper puts forward the strategy of strengthening the construction of laboratory team. A Four-in-one Construction Mechanism is proposed and used in our university, which involves rules and regulations, team construction, incentive and constraint, and training. These measures contribute to achieve canonical management, improve overall quality, encourage initiatives, and achieve sustained development of laboratory team.
