Digital Approach of Equipment Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

数字化浪潮席卷全球,数字化校园在中国的大学里方兴未艾,高职院校的设备管理正朝着数字化的方向不断迈进。为加快数字化管理步伐,结合本校实际系统地介绍了设备管理数字化的必要性,其中包含社会大环境以及学校自身管理的要求,并列举出设备管理数字化的四个发展阶段,具体包括建立设备资产管理系统、运用射频识别技术以及设备共享和全生命周期管理;通过实际案例说明建立适合高职院校需求的数字化设备管理系统系统需要围绕学校中心任务、采取必要可行的技术手段以及建设一个开放性、具有自我完善功能的系统。

Digital wave is sweeping the world, and emerging in China＇ s university campuses. It leads to that the management of equipment in higher vocational colleges constantly moves to the direction of digital, this is to meet with the objective requirement of social development. This paper systematically demonstrates the necessity of digital equipment management, including social environment and the requirements of the school＇ s own management. Shenzhen polytechnic is taken as an example, the paper lists the four stages of development of digital equipment management to show the process of completely manual operation to the fully digital evolution. The development direction of the digital equipment management includes to establish equipment asset management system, to use the radio frequency identification technology, to realize equipment sharing, and to carry out total life cycle management. By the actual example, it also shows that the digital equipment management system needs around school center tasks, takes the necessary and feasible technology to construct an open operation, and has the function of self-improvement.
