摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病与HER2过表达型乳腺癌预后的相关性。方法比较不合并2型糖尿的HER2过表达型乳腺癌患者与合并2型糖尿病的HER2过表达型乳腺癌患者在巩固期治疗后短期内的转移、复发与死亡率的差异。结果在HER2过表达型乳腺癌患者中,合并2型糖尿病的患者复发转移率与死亡率均高于不合并2型糖尿病的患者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病对HER2过表达型乳腺癌的预后不良有促进作用。
Objective To explore the relationship of the type 2 overexpressed breast cancer. Methods Through a follow -up in diabetes and prognosis of the HER -2 HER- 2 overexpresssion breast cancer patients during the period of consolidating the therapeutic effect, the recrudescence and metastasis rate and the fatality rate of patients with type 2 diabetes were compared with those of patients with normal blood sugar. Results The recrudescence and metastasis rate and the fatality rate in HER -2 overexpressed breast cancer patients with type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than the patients with normal blood sugar （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The prognosis of the HER - 2 overexpressed breast cancer may correlate with the type 2 diabetes.
