摘要
本次正交试验按四因素、三水平进行方案设计,通过烧结杯试验,考察烧结矿转鼓指数、-10 mm粒级含量变化,研究各因素在不同水平下的烧结技术质量指标,拟求适合烧结生产的Malaysia矿配比、工艺参数和操作参数.试验结果表明,在本次试验原料条件下,配加Malaysia矿对烧结矿转鼓指数和粒度组成皆有负面影响。
The orthogonal experiment Is designed according to the four factor and the three levels. The sintering tech- nology quality index at different levels is studied by carrying out sintering cup test, studying sinter tumbler index and - 10 mm grain size change, and thus the Malaysia ore proportioning, process parameters and operation parameters of the sinte- ring process are proposed. The test results show that adding Malaysia ore would have a negative effect on the sinter tumbler index and grain size in the designed material conditions.
