棒材生产中钢坯翘曲原因分析及对策

摘要 针对某钢厂棒材生产中出现钢坯翘曲现象,直接影响其轧制效率及产品成材率等问题进行了探讨与分析。通过对生产过程跟踪,最终发现钢坯温度、轧制线高度、轧件与轧辊的摩擦力、轧制线速度等是影响钢坯翘曲的主要原因。通过采取减少轧件断面尺寸的温差、合理布置轧机间冷却水管、调节轧机转速等生产对策,从而减少了钢坯翘曲的发生,提高了生产效率。 In view of slab warping phenomenon in a steel bar production, several problems which direct impact on the rolling efficiency and product yield are discussed and analyzed. According to the production process tracking, the main cau- ses of billet warp are found such as the billet temperature, rolling line height, friction between workpiece and roller and rolling line speed, the occurrence of slab warping is reduced by adopting such countermeasures as reducing temperature difference of cross - section size of workpiece, carrying out reasonable arrangement of the cooling water pipe between rolling mill and control of mill speed, thereby improves the production efficiency.
