引申制度变革机制,推动新型城镇化,这是中国转型发展的客观需要,也是中国现代化实现的必然选择。制度变迁务必要着眼于人的主体性和合发展,社会运营务必要关注人与物的和谐配置,系统平衡务必要规制自然与人的生态契合,这是城镇化进程中的"三要"辩证法则。以工代城,以物带人,人物并行,循序渐进。新型城镇化的实现需要历史过程,需要人与物共同繁荣发展,需要二元工业化全力推进。

Extending institutional reform mechanism and promoting new-style urbanization are the objective needs of China ＇ s transformational development and the inevitable choice of realizing China＇s modernization. Institutional change must be based on the harmonious development of hu- man subjectivity; social operation must focus on the harmonious allocation between man and ob- ject; system balance must regulate ecological harmony between nature and man. This is the dia- letical principle that ＂three things must be done＂ in the course of new-style urbanization. Urban construction is promoted by industrial development and human progress by material abundance. Parallel development between man and nature should be achieved step by step. New-style urbani- zation is a historical process in which it is necessary to achieve common prosperity between man and object and to promote dual industrialization with all its strength.
