自参加临床技能竞赛以来，本院在临床实践教学设备、师资、氛围及规范性等方面均取得了长足的进步。探讨竞赛对推动临床实践教学的意义，并建议在现有条件下，完善临床技能课程设置与考核，确立技能培训标准，提高临床实践教学水平，为培养全面优秀的医学人才提供支持。

Since participating in the clinical skills competition, the hospital has made considerable progress in the clinical practice teaching equipment, teachers, atmosphere and standards. This paper aims to explore the significance of competition to promote clinical practice teaching and suggests that under the existing conditions, we should improve the clinical skills curriculum and assessment, establish training standards, improve the level of clinical practice teaching, to give comprehensive support for cultivating excellent medical talents
