住院医师规范化培训标准在呼吸内科实习带教中的作用 被引量:6

The effect of the standardized residents training method on intern teaching in department of respiratory

摘要 目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训标准在呼吸内科实习带教中的应用效果。方法将第二军医大学2010级临床医学军校学员60名随机分为对照组及试验组(每组各30名),分别以传统教学法及北京市住院医师规范化培训标准进行带教,实习完成后进行出科考核,考核内容包括:理论考试、临床技能、基本操作及综合素质4方面,同时进行带教满意度调查。结果经过考核,两组理论考试得分[(27.28±0.28)vs.(27.79±0.22)],差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);试验组临床技能得分[(27.87±0.30)vs.(26.53±0.39)]、基本操作得分[(27.12±0.52)vs.(25.85±0.31)]、综合素质评分[(9.78±0.07)vs.(8.88±0.09)]以及考核总评分[(92.03±0.83)vs.(89.47±0.93)]均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);试验组的带教满意度为93.33%,高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论运用住院医师规范化培训标准可提高实习带教效果及带教满意度,值得在临床实习带教中推广。 Objectives To explore the effect of the standardized residents training method on intern teaching in department of respiratory. Methods Sixty interns of Grade 2010 from the Second Military Medical School were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 interns each. The traditional teaching method was adopted in control group, while the standardized residents training method was used in experiment group. When the rotating internship was finished in department of respiratory, the survey of satisfaction about teaching and the assessment of teaching effect were performed in two groups. The contents of examination included academic knowledge exam, clinical skills test, basic skills test and comprehensive quality assessment. Results There was no difference between two groups in academic knowledge exam (P〉0.05). The total scores, clinical skills scores and basic skills scores of experiment group were higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). And, higher satisfaction was acquired in experiment group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Using the standardized residents training method can improve the effect of the intern teaching and teaching satisfaction and it can be widely applied in intern teaching.
