摘要
为了提高异形落料凹模的使用寿命,对该凹模的材料、热处理硬度、结构和加工工艺方法进行了改进,文中重点介绍了改进后的结构和加工工艺,及运用数控线切割机床对其漏料孔进行锥度加工的原理、程序编制的方法。经生产实践证明,通过对该凹模结构及其加工工艺的改进,延长了模具的使用寿命,值得同类模具零件的设计和制造借鉴。
In order to improve the usage time of special-shaped blanking die, the die materials, heat treatment hardness, structure and processing method was improved. This paper focused on the improved structure and the processing craft, machining principle and programming method by use of CNC wire cutting machine tool and the leaking hole taper. Through production practice, it is proved that the die structure and its processing technology are improved, the service life of the die is prolonged, and the design and manufacture of the similar mould parts is worth of reference.
