在华中数控实验台中使用DM556步进电机驱动器、驱动步进电机57HS13控制十字滑台X方向的运动,取得了中低速运行平稳,噪音极小的效果。通过使用华中数控实验台组织教学,在强化学生步进驱动器安装、调试及维修能力的同时,还培养了良好的职业素养。

This paper mainly describes how to use DM556 stepper motor driver and driving stepper motor 57HS13 in Huazhong CNC experiment platform to controll cross slide X direction movement, which has achieved some effect of low-speed running smoothly and low noise. Through the use of Huazhong CNC experiment platform to organize teaching, with strengthening the ability in installing stepping driver, debugging and repairing of the students, their good professional accomplishment has been cultivated too.
