摘要
基于Google Earth和SRTM数据,采用虚拟像控点定位技术,制作1︰1万地形图。结果表明,Google Earth可满足境外水电工程前期规划方案比选的要求。
This article introduced the mapping method based on Google Earth satellite images, and further expatiated the advantage of satellite images used in oversea hydroelectric project for preparation plan and design, avoiding undesirable geology, extracting terrain data, as well as providing topographic map for no map area. This technology has a broad application prospect in the field of oversea hydroelectric project and lack-of-information area. The use of virtual ground control points also has reference value for large scale auxiliary mapping.
