摘要
隐蔽式洒水喷头较其他形式的洒水喷头结构形式更为特殊复杂,且更易受机械振动、温度等环境因素影响。机械振动容易造成隐蔽式喷头永久性结构损坏、工艺性破坏,导致喷头工作可靠性降低,造成使用事故。通过试验详细叙述喷头装饰盖板与基座开焊、溅水盘脱落、连接螺纹损坏、护筒断裂等现象的产生,分析损坏形成的主要原因,并提出解决建议。
The concealed sprinklers have more complex structure compared to other forms of nozzle and are more susceptible to environmental factors due to the special structure. The vibration can cause irreversible permanent structural damage to concealed sprinklers easily. The vibration can also cause the manufacturability damage of nozzle, the decrease of nozzle working reliability, application accident and even loss of function. The paper described the phenomenon of damage such as decorative plate and base open welding, deflector off, thread failure and protecting tube rupture by experiment, analyzed the main eau'ses of formation damage and proposed practical recommendations to solve the problem.
