Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎的短期临床观察

Short-term Clinical Observation of Using Vitapex Paste in Single-visit Root Canal Therapy for Pediatric Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的:探讨Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例乳牙有窦型慢性根尖周炎患者随机分为A、B两组,每组50例,A组采用Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗;B组采用Vitapex糊剂多次法根管治疗,分别于治疗后1周及半年复查,记录有无临床症状、窦道是否消失、X线检查根尖周的变化,从而评定临床疗效。结果:两组术后1周急性反应率均为6%,半年后成功率分别为A组94%,B组92%,两组之间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗次数比较,A组1次,B组平均3次,两组之间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂一次法根管治疗儿童有窦型慢性根尖周炎可以节省操作时间,提高医生的工作效率,减少患儿复诊次数及医疗费用,操作方便快捷,效果理想,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinic effect of Vitapex paste single-visit root canal therapy for pediatric chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods：100patients with deciduous teeth of chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into A,B two groups,50 cases respectively.Group A was treated with root canal therapy of Vitapex paste in single-visit.In contrast,group B was treated with root canal therapy of Vitapex paste in multi-visit.Two groups were returned for follow-up consultations after 1week and half year later.Results：The acute reaction rates of group A and B were the equally 6%,and half-year success rates were 94% and 92%respectively,but the differences were no significant between both groups（P〉0.05）.However,there was a statistical significance（P〈0.05）in number of treatments between them,group A for 1times,and group B for 3times on average.Conclusion：Using Vitapex paste in single-visit root canal therapy for pediatric chronic periapical periodontitis deserves clinical promotion and application for its advantages：saving operating time,enhancing doctor＇s work efficiency,reducing patient＇s subsequent visits and costs.It is easy to operate with ideal curative effect.
