探讨AFE变频器在电梯领域的应用

摘要 分析基于AFE(ActiveFrontEnd)技术变频器的系统组成.工作原理和技术特点.总结了AFE变频器应用于电梯变频调速领域的各项优势.不仅能够满足电梯能量回馈制动的需要.提高效率.环保节能,更可以消除高次谐波,提高功率因数.而且不受电网波动的影响.减少成本.节约体积.更降低了系统的故障率。最后推断.AFE变频器将在电梯领域获得广阔的应用前景。 This paper analyzes the system composition, the working principle and the controlling characters of frequency converter based on the AFE (Active Front End) technology, gives a summary of the advantages of AFE inverter used in elevator VVVF field. It can not only meet the needs of elevator energy feedback braking, improve efficiency, environmental protection and energy conservation, more can eliminate the high harmonics and improve power factor, and is not affected by the fluctuation of electric network, reduce cost, the system failure rate, and save more volume. Finally, the paper concluded that, AFE inverter will get a wide application prospect in the field of elevator.
