摘要
目的:探讨不同类型药物洗脱支架:普通药物洗脱支架(Firebird 2代,上海微创)、可降解药物涂层支架(Excel,山东吉威)及无载体药物涂层支架(Nano,北京乐普二代),介入治疗对血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP水平的影响。方法:收集不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者184例,根据植入支架不同分为Firebird 2代支架组(57例)、Excel支架组(58例)及Nano支架组(69例),另选取同期经冠脉造影证实为非冠心病患者60例为对照组;分别于术前、术后24h抽血测定血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP。结果:4组患者术前一般临床资料、3组支架组支架植入情况均无明显差异(P>0.05);术前3组支架组血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP水平组间比较均无明显差异;术后24h,4组血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP较术前均有所升高(P<0.05);术后较术前升高幅度比较,3组支架组血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:上述不同类型药物洗脱支架植入均会导致短期血浆apelin-12及hs-CRP升高;但3组间炎症因子水平均无明显差异。
Objective:To explore the influence of different types of rapamycin drug-eluting stents rapamycin drug-elu- ting stent(Firebird 2 generation, shanghai), Biodegradable rapamyein drug-eluting stents ( Excel, jiwei shandong) and polymer-free rapamyein drug-eluting stent(Nano,lepu beijing)on serum apelin-12 and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels after stents implation. Methods.. Consecutive 184 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP)by angi- ography were divided into Firebird 2 generation group (57 cases), Excel group (58 eases) and Nano group (69 cases), the patients undergoing coronary angiography without coronary heart disease(CHD) as control group during the same period; the serum concentration of apeliwl2 and hs-CRP were determined before and at 24h after coronary intervention. Results:The clinical data in four groups and angiography characteristics in three stent groups had no significant differ- ences (P〉0. 05) ;the serum concentration of apelin-12 and hs CRP in the three stent groups have no significant differ- ence before coronary intervention (P〉0.05) ;the serum apelin-12 and hs-CRP levels at 24h after coronary intervention were significantly higher in each group than baseline(P〈0.05) ;compared with pre-operation and at 24h after coronary intervention, the increased rate of serum apelin-12 and hs-CRP levels in the three stent groups were significantly higher (P〈0.01) than the control group but with no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion: Different types of rapamycin drug-eluting stents will lead rising of levels of serum apelin-12 and hs-CRP after stent implation;but the inflammatory factor levels had no obvious differences between the three groups.
