摘要
发动机支架类锻模实际使用过程中存在打塌、磨损等形式的失效。本文对失效模块的化学成分、硬度分布以及金相组织进行了分析,认为模块原材料冶炼时,含碳量和合金元素含量偏低,组织不均;热处理时加热温度均匀性差,冷却时速度过缓出现非马氏体组织等是影响模块失效的重要原因;指出严格控制模具材料的化学成分、改换淬透性较好的模具钢种以及改进淬火工艺等是提高模具使用寿命的有效途径。
Collapse and wear failure often occur in the service of Honda bracket forging die . In this paper, the mould's chemistry composition, hardness distributing and microstructure are analyzed . The test results show that the odds structure , the lower carbon and alloy element content , the worse heating temperature's uniformity and non - martensite microstructure due to the slower cooling velocity in heat treatment can lead to the failure of mould. It is suggested that the service life of forging die can improve by means of the control of die material chemistry composition , use of die steal with high quenching ability , improvement of quench technique.
