摘要
文章从跨文化视角出发,基于对全球化和跨文化沟通的分析,对跨文化人力资本以及跨文化交际能力的构成进行探讨,对跨文化人力资源管理、企业管理者和员工应具备的素质和能力进行研究,对传统人力资源管理和跨文化人力资源管理进行了比较。文章指出企业应正确认识、分析和解决由文化差异所带来的一系列人力资源管理问题,重视选拔、培养和使用跨文化人才,企业管理者和员工应具备一定的跨文化意识和跨文化交际能力。研究发现对企业跨文化人力资源管理具有一定理论和实践价值。
From intercultural perspective, this article explores intercultural human capital and components of intercultural comm-unicative competence and studies intercultural human resource management as well as qualities and abilities that enterprise managers and employees should have on the basis of the analysis of globalization and intercultural communication and compares traditional human resource management with intercultural human resource management. The article points out that enterprise should understand, analyze and solve human resource management problems caused by cultural differences, attach great importance to selecting, cultivating and employing intercultural talents. Enterprise managers and employees should possess a certain intercultural awareness and intercultural communicative competence. The study findings have theoretical and practical value on enterprise intercultural human resource management.
