RPH联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

RPH Combined with Resection for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids. Clinical Effect

为探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将150例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各75例。观察组采用RPH联合外痔切除术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗，对比两组总有效率、单个痔核手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间，以及术后肛门疼痛、排尿障碍、便血、创缘水肿等情况。结果显示，两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但在住院时间、创面愈合时间、单个痔核手术时间及术后肛门疼痛、排尿障碍、便血、创缘水肿等情况方面，观察组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，RPH联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效确切，手术时间、住院时间短，创面愈合快，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of RPH （Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids） combined with resection for external hemorrhoids,divided randomly 150 cases of mixed hemorrhoids into observation group and control group, n = 75 for each; gave above combined procedure to observation group,while external dissection internal ligation to control group; then compared following items such as total effective rate, the operative time for mono-hemorrhoids mass, hospitalization time, the time for wound-surface healing, and the status on postoperative anal pain, dysuria, hematochezia and wound-edge edema,etc between both groups. As results,except for curative rate there was no statistical difference be- tween both groups（ P〉0.05）,in other items observation group was all significantly superior to control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that above combined procedure for mixed hemorrhoids has such advantages as determined effect, short time for operation and for hospitalization, faster healing of wound-surface, and less postoperative complication,thus it is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
