摘要
为探讨骶管麻醉在肛肠疾病手术中的应用价值，回顾分析于骶管麻醉下行手术治疗的660例肛肠疾病患者的麻醉镇痛效果。结果显示，麻醉镇痛效果Ⅰ级613例（93．1％），Ⅱ级21例（3．1％），Ⅲ级9例（1．5％），Ⅳ级17例（2．8％）。结果表明，骶管麻醉操作简便，安全，麻醉镇痛作用基本可满足肛肠疾病手术需要，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to explore the clinical application value of caudal nesthesia in anorectal surgery, so retrospectively analyzed the anesthesia ＆ analgesia efficacy in 660 patients who had been subjected to surgery under caudal anesthesia.As results,613 cases （93.1%） were of Ⅰ grade of efficacy,21 （3.1%） of Ⅱ grade of efficacy, 9 （1.5 %） of Ⅲ grade, 17 （2.8 %） of Ⅳ grade. Results show that in anorectal surgery caudal anesthesia is safe,easy and simple in manipulation,its anesthesia ＆ analgesia efficacy can meet the requirement of operation basically, thus is worthy to be popularized for use clinically.
